So here it is my last of 3 main Oc's from Bnha
Why i spam him almost immediately after Haruka you may ask. Thats bcs my DA had some problems with submition and other things and both of them were draw at the end of the year. So now here they are

So i decided to go with surrname Haiteku which is Hi-tech and when i draw his father i will try to explain why, but in short his father own and runs big company which sells, makes and creates some tech stuff.

There will be a lot of grammar mistakes and im sorry for it if u have to dig your eyes out with a spoon.
And again I have problem with explaining my thoughts so if you dont understand something just ask.
And yea I almost forgot to say I will probably edit this later.
And yea he got inspired by Somba from Overwatch

Appearance: Toshiro is easily overlooked boy with blue hair and eyes. He can be seen wearing hoodies very often

Quirk Name: Hack
Description: His quirk gives him multiple abilities:

Toshiros quirk lets him hack devices and work with them however he wants. He can also hack into systems.

At U.A. sport festival Toshiro found out he can also hack others quirk, he can disable them for 4 seconds. The maximal distance he can use hack on someone, is 1 meter. He cant use ot on more than one target at the same time and after the effect on the target ends he ant use it again for a long amount of time (if its hard to undrestand its simmilar to an ability from Sombra from game Overwatch)

Device for hacking is on his fingertips, it also continues across his palm and to his elbow.

His brain also works as a storage, so when he hacks or download something he stores it in his brain.

Because of that he have brain loss when he loses some files from his brain and has to fid them and store again. Or his brain freezes due to gaining and downloading to many information.

About his hero costume: he actually designed his costume by himself, his costume is mado of special fabric and things that can project space around which makes him little bit invisible for 8 seconds, still he looks like a invisible streak so he can be easily recognised.

He aslo has big pockets for some devices he made so he can use them to help him in combat.

That thing over his eyes serve as a screen for his brain, he can see his storaged files and work with them

Dislikes: obnoxious people, loud people (exept Haruka, he is now used to her behavior),

Headache, when people asked him to hack into girls computer and try to find some interesting things (yes Mineta)

Hobbies: He uses his quirk on several of his hobbies, he can alway watch new series without paying, he sometimes cheat in games,he used to hack into his junior school system and download tests and prepare for them, he even used to sell them to his classmates until they caught him. He already did it in the U.A. and still noone noticed
