well for the "exactly" how i did...
i took it in automatic mode... basic settings of shutter and aperture, the raw photo was good, but not contrasted, and not colorful...
i knew this photo could be more interesting with more colors
what i did is really simple, i corrected the levels of the raw photo, added a soft color layer in the red/orange tones to enhance the warm of the photo, then added a soft dodge layer with black/blue big fade circle (brush) to enhance some contrast on specific parts (the caravan, the road, and the clouds)
and the rest is just some details, sharpened a bit to get the clouds not blurry, and added some finals really soft touch of dodge to get dark areas (bottom, horizon clouds...)
it took me some time to adjust correctly to get this result, but in some way this is really easy...if you know what you want in the end, the only matter is time...also i've noticed i often need to restart a post process from scratch...sometimes....

oh wow, you taught me so much, i have never know that i coudl do so much with photoshop! i have my photos pretty much untouched except some levels and contrast adjustment....time for me to get another PSP lesssons i guess

One evening people were walking on the streets, maybe some were driving. Everyone was busy with their own life. Meanwhile, the cloudsand the moon were writing a poem, a beautiful elegy. But people kept walking, kept driving. They didnt see it, they didnt know that something great was happening up there. No, cause they were to used to keep there eyes in the ground. But one saw it. And he knew, he knew something wonderful was going on up there, so he decided to immortalize that special moment. People needed to see it, someway. So he showed them, he showed to the world how beautifully - while they were passing by, unaware - the moon and the clouds were writing the poem. The most beautiful elegy.
