Final Round: Nike the Victini
Pokemon Burst Application

The pods are blooming. The vines draw back like living things and reveal a gleaming tangerine stone. It seems to draw you towards it.

Are you Anise? It speaks to you in a voice like a warm campfire.

You reach out to touch it’s tangerine surface and feel a burst of sensation like you’ve just won a race.

I am Nike of Victory. I watch over battle for the realm of the Burst World. For years I have slept alone. My last warrior was a great hero, known across the globe. Once no battle could be won without me there but now I’m afraid I cannot sway the tide of fate any further. This path is not an easy one to walk. Join with me. Lend your body to my strength and we can bring victory to this fight. Will you accept this burden?

She cannot quite hide how trilled she is, perhaps due to the sensation the stone gave upon touch. Taking a deep breath to regain her composure she speaks to the Legend.

So long as victory means things can return to what they used to be. Being lied to is not as big of a deal to me right now than our potential deaths or end of the world or whatever we were warned about, assuming THIS time it was not a lie.

She looks down, slightly ashamed she let herself being played with for so long. She played the hosts game, each of them, by their rules without question.

I do not know your position when it comes to that fake tournament, much less if it is the right thing to do to just do as Emet and Eri--Esrever say. I am no famous warrior (not yet anyway, she does try to reach that in her world) but I'll lend you my body AND strength and everything I can lend to reach victory and salvation.

Ability: Victory Star, accuracy for the Pokémon and Allys is raised by 10%

Moves:
- V-Create: With a hot flame on its forehead, the user hurls itself at its target. It lowers the user's Defense, Sp. Def, and Speed stats. (So not the move she'd use first) (Movie 14 event)
- Fusion Flare: The user brings down a giant flame. This attack does greater damage when influenced by an enormous thunderbolt. (Movie 14 event)
- Fusion Bolt: The user throws down a giant thunderbolt. This attack does greater damage when influenced by an enormous flame. (Movie 14 event)
- Dazzling Gleam: The user damages opposing Pokémon by emitting a powerful flash. (Gen VI TM)

Appearance and Ability Trivia:

- Is that Anise's eye colors or Nike's? Who knows, they both have blue eyes! Truth is I had both different blues on different layers and made one 50% opacity. So the eye colors is really BOTH Anise's and Nike's (assuming Nike had the usual Victini eye colors). Granted I wont notice if anyone even myself just use the same blue as the one in her outfit for the eyes.
- Despite the reference, Anise cannot take off her helmet when Bursted (Not sure how it would be possible with those ponytails anyway). Only way to see what is under the helmet is to break it. It might disapoint some but she is no different under the helmet than when she is not Bursted.
- V-Create breaks the helmet, using the move without it is very painful since she has to set her own head on fire. She'll do it if she feels she has to.
- Her face is not half black nor are her eyes blue orbs. it only looks like that when she has the helmet on, a little like how a Ninja Turtle has no pupil when wearing an headband. (The black part of the face is just shadow)
- She wont admit it ever, but part of the Victory Warrior look was inspired by the only famous hero Anise could think of (Anti-Hero rather...)
- Despite the lack of wings, Anise/Nike can somewhat fly, more like making herself float with some form of Telekinesis, such is the joy of being part Psychic type.
- I have no idea what the holes in her helmet are for, ventilation maybe? Would sort of make sense considering she might catch on fire often and not being able to take off the helmet would be a pain without a way to not overheat with it on.

Personality Trivia:

- Personality wise: Anise is the same for the most part, She and Nike act as a single person though and at times Nike's personality shows up more, the difference is not so radical though, like what kind of personality you'd give a Victini anyway other than fiery?
- There is no WE, Anise and Nike are now one. One 'Entity' (or person), One mind, one body, one voice, singular pronouns. Both her halves are synchronized as well as anyone else, it is more of a personal choice to stick to "I" instead of going with "We".
- Had she gotten the time she would of tried to think of a name to identify herself with, (Not Anictini) but given the situation she'll reply to both Anise and Nike's names.
- As for other Warriors, unless they mention a preference for a name in particular, she'll stick to the Warrior's name, not the Legend's, including the Hosts' names (which I will have to ask about)
- She is still not quite open to be ordered around (even by mentioned Anti-Hero). If blindly obeying a Legendary Warrior is bad, what would make it more right to obey another? Unless the Warrior proves itself to be trustworthy she'll obey herself only and that would take more than just yelling at people like they are rotten Magikarps. If nothing else, it would irk Anise/Nike more instead.
- Adamas, Perle, anyone else even, mental age, conditions or anything wont be an excuse...If you hurt (physicially or emotionally) or even ENDANGER Tad more that you already do, You're done! (If its friendly fire, Anise will make sure to make you pay AFTER its safe)
- As for her Arch-Rival...Maribelle kinda slapped the idea off her. She still wants a rematch but not as urgently.

Random Trivia:

- Prior the Burst, Anise was surprised Nike was not named Victor. It would of been too predictable perhaps XD
- I know there is at least 1 Digimon nerd watching me. Part of the design IS ispired by UlforceVeedramon, I also had Shoutmon and OmegaShoutmon nearby for inspiration.
- ...And yeah there is a bit of Gundam too, I admit I like Gundam and Victory Gundam came to mind, heck anything I could think of that was related to Victory were references.
- Anise kind of wonder if she and Nike were not associated due to them being short...probably just a coincidence.
