Unfortunately that has been tried numerous times. This 'community' is fairly old, 7 years to be exact, and everything that could have been tried has been.
The most model makers can do these days is create obscure passwords and put rules that they feel work. Most have a no edit/redistribute/r18/etc rule.
You must understand, the community is just too large to police. There's a reason a ton of models are not for download in the english community and tbh it's justified.
