Please DO NOT make your own Avian character------
Gads No it can't be another avian character sheet, dun worry I dun have too many more to do. I am actually working more on Jame's new character sheet right now. XD
He is *messa 's avian character, tho I haven't seen her on msn in months so I dunno how she is doing.
But at least now the trio is finished.

I tried to keep him looking the same-ish, but I also wanted him to have more of a solid design, so I made his spots more clouded leopard style XD

uhm and something else... are the things that shinerai draws Avians also? Like humans that can change into dragon/bird like creatures. Since I really like the concept (lol, I like birds, I like dragons and I like humans that can change into animals/things perfect mix

I wish more people were as understanding as you are.
I get soo many people yelling at me telling me how mean I am and how I am rude to everyone stopping them from making already dead characters.
I have even made some subspecies for people to openly make characters of, yet they still love to yell at me... I am a heathen XD
and yeah inspiration comes from some random places.

my gimizuki species has alot of important stuff that makes them who they are, according to who draws it.. and someone stole some of the ideas of one of them, I got mad :/

I am actually loving your art right now. I've spent the last ten minutes looking through your gallery with a gaping jaw, completely blown away.
I'd love to be able to draw in the same range of poses that you do but it just never happens. I can't ever do feet properly either - only hooves! lol

Ah. I can see you not liking people not giving you credit for this. But I think by telling them NOT to make a character it kinda makes them want to make a character even more. Odds are they don't give you credit then because they don't want you to know they made one without your permission. I mean I've seen lots of fan art in your favs. What's wrong with others making characters? Just because they make them doesn't mean you have to canonize them. It just shows how much others love the idea you've come up with. I myself would love to make a character of one of these guys but I refrain from doing so out of respect for your wishes.
Well anyway This one in particular is pretty good. I love it's color scheme and how the human form still has some of the spot things of the Avian form. Very nice pic.

Well one of the main reasons is that the avians are extinct in the current part of the story so I can't canonize any of the random characters, basically saying they are making dead characters.
But also when people make their own characters based on this race they make them usually highly marysue, and neglect to care about any of the culture/history I had worked deeply into the avians.
I think it more bugs me when people canonize the avian character they made into their own stories.
I do appreciate that you have decided to refrain from making your own tho ^^

o.O I wants his boots... His his avian form is amazing, he reminds me of a leopard or ocelot, very functional patterning.
His boots are the uber lett smex!
Unfortunatly my scanner is still dead and at the shop so I can't post my Flytt yet but he's coming. ohh and can flytts change thier shape because of the avian relation, or is the subspieces so different that they are only a flytt?

as for the flytts, sadly they don't have any other forms, they have been removed from being pure avians for too long to keep the polymorph abilities... tho they prolly could use illusion magics to appear as other species the same size as them.

Flytts do have almost human intelligence, like they like to play pranks and such, but they don't go editing their surroundings to their will like humans do.
Some of them that live near human cities prolly can speak the common language of that city.

I was curious to know as most of the time (out of the times I've noticed anyway), fanart or using someone else's race concept is not discouraged.

Well, she likes fanart, she just doesn't really appreciate people making characters of her race. Not only are they very special to her, but it helps to know all the information about a race before you even begin to think about making one.
