So this took me around two days total work ith my usual mediums of various marker mediums, spray paint, inks and colored pencils---I've been on a Warcraftian binge folks aaand...

...Akama just rules all. A description on the character from wowwiki.com:

"Akama is a kind but hardened Broken draenei who was once the guardian of the Temple of Karabor. When the Horde descended upon the Temple, Akama took charge of evacuating as many civilians as possible and then went into hiding with the remnants of the draenei. In the short story Unbroken, he fled from the Temple to Shattrath City before going into hiding, where he was the most exposed of the refugees to the fel energies that caused some draenei to mutate. After the cataclysm and the shattering of Draenor, Akama, now an elder sage of the Broken draenei survivors, was forced into the open where he fought a losing battle against the pit lord Magtheridon and his army of demons and fel orcs.

When one sees Akama, it is clear he does not quite look like his fellow Broken draenei nor the Lost One draenei. Instead, he looks half way between a Broken draenei and Lost One as seen by his strange face and the basket he carries on his back which many Lost Ones also use. In the story "Unbroken", Akama was said to have taken in a larger amount of the fel energy that caused the draenei to mutate into the Broken draenei, which may explain his appearance. "

Doesn't he just rule? This pimp is a double-agent and my regulars and friends should all know by now that I have a soft spot for double agents. My image here I drew depicts a scene of Akama feeling lost and alone, teared up and staring at his malformed hand by himself away from the group of unaffected Draenei that he's in hiding with, while a Draenei child (the girl from the cinematic for Black Temple ) looks on in pity, unable to contain her sorrow. It's thought that she's possibly his child by fans, but it's just speculation based on the story flow and the reactions to each other that happens between the two characters in the Black Temple cinematic.

I submitted this artwork to the official blizzard fanart section as well, perhaps they'll post it...? Who knows. I hear you have to submit the same work several times to get it looked at. I'm willing. Because rabid fan alert. :alarm:

Final note: I THINK I may be getting back into BIG artwork. Whatcha think? The details surprised me after snapshotting this so much that I just left it large. Makes a great desktop wallpaper too. :wink:
