Omg I had so much fun drawing this.Its Kanji Tatsumi from Persona 4.
He is my absolute favorite character.
I actually liked how it came out even though Im not very good with chibis [yeah don't mind the roses, they are there to cover up the fact that I didn't have to draw pants.but they do go with his character.

I get described as "cute" too often, so I don't know if I could pull off a tough-guy like Kanji. Plus my nitpicky friends are always complaining about people being "too unlike the character" to cosplay them... DX
