12-guage Tavor?  Would be feasible enough with some internal changes to the gas system.  Some constructive criticism, however. 

It wouldn't feed properly with the magazine (it's not a clip) at that angle.  Plus, you have a conventional (for a shotgun) tubular magazine below the barrel, where (on this particular weapon), it would have to go right through the trigger group, which wouldn't work.  Is this thing fed from the tubular magazine or the detachable box magazine?  Also, on a bullpup configuration like this, the shooter's cheek weld will be either right above or slightly ahead of the ejection port, so having the accessory rail going from the butt to the trigger group is kind of a waste.  It should start right above the trigger group and terminate above the muzzle.  Being a shotgun, it there's no point to mounting a scope, though a red dot, EOtech, or other close combat optic would be appropriate.  Finally, your barrel axis appears to be higher than your bolt and ejection port, so I'm curious as to how this weapon would actually cycle.

That is the barrel from the S&W model 500 which would be way to small for a shot gun barrel and if you are using an assault style mag then you don't need the two tube mags for a shot gun.I do like the Idea and what you where trying to do.
