No, he's just able to separate his two six-fingered arms into four three-fingered arms, similar to General Grievous from Star Wars. us.v-cdn.net/6025735/uploads/eβ¦
He can do the same with his legs so he technically has eight limbs like a spider, but he prefers to keep them united into four, especially his legs since he doesn't see the practicality of moving around in four separate legs.

Second, I would love to see these two fighting, either verbal or physical, over Adult Sprog's hitman job.

With one arm (or double arm to be precise) with "one" separate arm, tho, he could beat the buffest people at arm wrestling
I kinda abandoned the idea that Sprog would be a hitman as an adult. I did imagine a scenario of them having a fight, although in a non-serious way: Undyne comes over to dinner and after greeting and sitting at the table, out of nowhere she insults Sans and Muffet by telling those things "to their faces" and laughs and Sprog laughs and, while laughing, punches her in the face. She keeps laughing and gets up and smashes his head on the table breaking it in two, he gets up laughing and breaks a chair on her. Before she can escalate it further by lifting up a commode, Muffet sends Sprog to his room after commanding him to clean up the mess while Sans kicks Undyne out of the house lol
