"What's wrong with you idiot?! Quit with your cheesy entrances, you're making Candy cry!"

For the anime style of this strip I was inspired by Osamu Tezuka's drawing style, for Wendy's mouth and eyes I watched Princess Knight.
I tried to make Mabel look like Pinoko from "Black Jack", but it looked like crap. Tried to make her look like Astroboy (so that maybe she and Dipper work like Astro and Uran), but that also just didn't look right, it was just Uran with Mabel's hair, it felt lazy.
So I had to use Princess Knight's eyes on her too XP
