Clam and understandable Tatsuo can be on anyone's neutral side. But he mostly thinks with his head by taking action without giving much thought. He is social but have trouble getting to know strangers most of the time. When at home he is a NEET with video games and texting to Shion with a few occasions to water his own flower garden. When he does go out he go with a friend (usually Shion) to take a bite or to drink at a café.

He has normal skin and scaly blue skin while his under skin is yellow. Nearly 50% of his body is covered in hard scales which protect him from most small cuts. Have 3 horns growing on top of his head and a long tail long as 2 m can cause major injures if not careful or use properly. Having 3 talons in front of each of his feet and another on his heels is useful to claw anything but fitting shoe sizes. In addition of claws his hands his skin is also be attracted to many surfaces to the van der waals effect (Video XD). Big for his size he is also flexible able to fit thou small vents (But downfall to the is that he must remove most of his hero clothes. Mainly the chest piece) Thou his scales are hard they are really smooth like a dinner plate.
