I like everything here. I can tell that a lot of thought was put into making this, if not than I am completely fouled. The composition and coloring of this piece is exceptional. Great job in using not only black but olive green to shade this. It adds a nice effect since green is the contrasting color for red.
What adds to this is the shadowed face of Alucard. It makes a mysterious effect on the piece, the blurred shadow, simplified background and the sharp angle works wonders. Great stuff!!!

nice! the background is effective. you could use some more tones in your shading though i think... the coat looks great but maybe if u used either some light tones or just more dark tones to keep the effect it has.

thats cool as hell... did u do that in photoshop, illustrator, or by hand? actually i wanna be able to do this kinda art... did u scan a sketch then add the color digitally or something? please let me know was im really curious

actually it's not hard ... i used illustrator and u can use any vector based program such as illustrator, corelDRAW, or freehand ... then there are two techniques:
1. draw from a sketch (which i done that for my ID) than u scanned it ...
2. take a screenshot or any picture that u scanned or from the internet ... which the most of my works done w/ this method ... use the pic for areference
find appropiate tutorial in the internet to learn more about using pen tool .. u can find it in adobe illustrator web site .... ww/ the pen tool u can follow the path of the pic reference .. it sound easy but when u try it it's really take a lot of time especially if the pic has a lot of color .. u may also look for vectoring tutorial ... well has made a tutorial vectoring using photoshop

yeah it's paul ... both are nice .. but my friend's tutorial actually a tutorial that made photo look like a vector art .. not really a vector art ... u can find a good too in good-tutorial.com
there is one cool tutorial in the vector section news ... well sorry that i only caninformed this because to do a good vector job need a lot of understanding and of course a lot of time

I have seen Hellsing, and that is a very cool sketch, it looked like he had an oval head at first, but than I got the whole perspective, awesome stuff.

i didn't draw it on a plain paper ... use some refferences from the anime then i draw it using pen tool in illustrator ... hard to find aexact category so i decided to put in digital art>drawing
