ahah totally forgot about that mate. I will msg you a link to a tutorial link that hurled me straight into it.
not happy with it because I made way to many sharp edges, which made the image really static. Plus I have to many reoccurring shapes, which isn't really true to nature.
How r u doing anyways? Had any luck
Al is about too start his first freelance contract soon

Nice 1 Andy! i'l take a thorough read through it soon. Did you actually repeat his fist few lessons or take the info that you thought you needed?
You know you can balance the sharp edges depending on the depth and atmosphere! you already know that closer objects are more defined and objects edges further away seem to soften or fade due to the distance and aerial perspective. You could consider using a soft brush for the atmosphere and distanf hard edges on a low opacity to get a good balance!
I still have no job, but havn't tried too be honest, have to start some crap course with job centre soon but apparently they are good at sorting out work placements with companys so maybe an opportunity there to get my foot in the door. Just begun entering weekly/monthly challenges again online. I need to adopt or attempt to practice a more speedy, concept like style suited for games, like yours is as my images seem to take bloody hours. At the mo i work far too slow to become a concept artist so i need to try and take on the suited style if i can.
What have you been up to?
I'll have to speak to al soon see how he is.
Inabit mate
