Yeah. It does fit. All-terrain tires on all four corners? Check. Welded chain holding the grille in place? Check. Paint that looks older than me (40+)? Check.
Personally, I only use the term rat rod for scraggly looking hot rods. For that matter, a rat rod could well have a paint job that's brand new and only looks like it's been rusting away in a field for the past three decades.
