Nina stared out the window, her eyes sparkling with the stars that danced across the sky. They were the most beautiful things she would ever see as she took a deep breath and sighed in pure joy. This was a perfect night for star gazing on the farm.Clear Skies.
The Crescent moon.
The falling star... WAIT.
"A falling star!" She shrieked pulling her hands into a loud clap as she mumbled under her breath, "I wish, I wish...."
The rest was unrecognizable as she opened her eyes, that wide grin spreading across her face as she hopped off the ledge and to her dresser to pull out a headband and wrap it around her head.
"I won't stop wearing this until my wish comes true!" She stated defiantly before running back to the ledge to stare back at the sky. Would more star fall for a wish to be wished upon them? What was her wish?
Maybe one day some one will learn of it but until that day came it would be taken to the grave.
