Recent events had brought these two to their breaking point.The father saw world that he swore he wouldn't allow to pass as long as he lived,that In attempts to recover was tainted and corrupted again causing his mind to go spiraling into uncontrollable state of rage as the son had been affected by dimentional merging making his time manipulation ability turn on him making him lose track of whats real and what is going on now,in the past or future,or it is part of other dimentional history causing him to lose his sanity from that becoming a time wraith phasing in and out of reality and breaking time around him.But even if both were recovering,there is always a slip and in the mids of one the two met and all hell broke lose.An untold coladeral damage done Hyperion was knocked out of his state and into the ground but Luck wasn't.And in the last moment before he was about to finish him,he snapped with the words "My boy...what am I doing to my own son..." and reaching to heal him,but sadly the battle wouldn't end as easily.Even knocked out,Hyper will stop and speed up time the moment he gains consciousness.
