Drop dead gorgeous look! What brand and colors did you use for this look?

I used Urban Decay Primer Potion as my primer, applied the black gel liner by Maybelline as my base for the dark colours and put black eyeshadow by kiko on top of that. I used the foiled eyeshadow by Makeup Geek "charmed" on the lid, "houdini" in the crease and "pegasus" in the inner corner. I also applied the black liner and houdini on my lower lashline. the fake lashes are #116 and #070 by eyelure

It's not a pigment! To be precise, I used a black gel eye liner as a base and then put a matte black eyeshadow as well as 3 foiled eyeshadows by makeupgeek on top of it (Houdini, Charmed and Pegasus).
I've also worked with blue brown before and I LOOOOOVE it so much haha xD not in this look though

I never would have thought to use black gel liner as a base to intensify colors, usually I just use soft ochre or painterly by mac!!

All of the foiled eyeshadows look so beautiful on top of a black base! It makes them look super intense and shimmery. Works with any pigment, I find.
I prefer soft ochre for less intense, more like earthy, natural tones
