EDIT!I'M NOT DEAD LOL I SWEAAAAAR
I'm so swapped and zapped lately, that I opening this really shocked me. Working on this slowly, BUT SURELY.

Not making any promises this time around.
I work on these two when I have nothing else to do.
I haven't progressed very much with them, but they're ok.
But I don't know if I'll ever finish.
just wanna prove I'm alive!
Literally counting up my change and crap and to buy the two Gorillaz DVDs I want.
Got about $35 in change. I have no idea why, but I hope I never have to count than many coins again.

This must have taken you aaages!! and your using SAI! I like sai...it's a little simpler than Photoshop but its still got lots of good tools!! do you have a trial or the full version?

It only took ages because I'm only working on one layer so if I mess up one area, I've gotta fix a bunch of other things. @_@;;
Sai is way easier to use than photoshop, since it's made for painting. (: I have the full english version, since my friend helped me crack and hack it!

oh wow, only one layer at a time? I'm helpin a friend with an animation and I'm drawing various parts in SAI...cause the quality of line you can get is really nice...and a couple of times I just zoned out and saved it as a PNG instead of a SAI file...and then I had to go the long way round to edit them again for the next frame for the animation D: I'm such a dumbass lol. but if you find it easier that way then I guess its good
I really hate the way the lines in photoshop go all spazzy when you draw them too close to the edge of the canvas...whats up with that!? It doesn't happen in SAI =3. ohhh cool...I'm on day 21 of the trial version...I better start looking for a crack...at least I know it can be done now! before I thought I'd end up having to buy it XD...lets just hope there aren't any dodgey ones out there...cuz knowing my luck I'll find it LMAO.

Yeah. @_@;; Well, with other pieces, like my Paula and Noodle stuff, I do use other layers, but when I'm painting like this, it's way easier to just have one layer. It's easier to "sculpt," lol.
Yeah, I hate inking in Photoshop, unless I'm working at a HUGE resolution. =_=;; Too spazzy, yes!! If you're looking for a crack, you can ask my friend ~Ramcakes , she's the one that helped me out. But last I heard, they updated SAI and the crack doesn't work, but I'm not so sure... You can always ask, though!!
XD Yeah, I'm gonna start working on her again soon. But I was having such problems with her hair and hand (I realized I suck at making a middle finger, wtf). And I started working on the background, but got weirded out by her constantly staring at me and flipping me off. Soooo I'll work on it again soon, haha!

oh I see...yea I know what you mean...if your painting you can just go over mistakes instead of having to rub them out...
=3 aww ok thanks...I'll probably wait till it runs out...and then just see if I can re-install it first XD LMAO...O3O I feel a bit bad pesterin people before I've tried everythin XD
haha, yea that must be scary! XD If your having trouble with the hand or middle finger...why don't you take a picture on a webcam or sumthin and use it as a guide line on a lower layer? or maybe just to look at? that might help you out a bit? I would love to see all the finished results!

I'm going to leave you a real comment since you have time at home to play around with this.
2D's left eye shouldn't be visible, don't force it in. That age wrinkle you placed in should be under the mouth not above it. When It's above his mouth looks chubby. The nose needs a total rehaul.
