Hi! I happened across one of your deviations on the front page, and was looking through your gallery...
You seem to have a pretty good understanding of anatomy, with a few mistakes. [link]
To save time, I've drawn over your image with some minor corrections - for instance, her neck is a bit too wide. The clavicle should always be perpendicular to the head.
Also, not only is her breast size unnatural (though that's sort of up to you, I guess), they're hanging unnaturally. If she were standing in that position, her chest would naturally be pointing up a bit more.
Other things, like the placement of the calf muscle and the shape of the heel, are more minor, and I'm sure with a bit more practice your anatomy will look very nice.
