if you don't understand whats going on in the picture i will tell you. if you have read pretty much all the stories about Jeff you will remember in on that Jeff was already having the urge to kill and stuff so, on the left side is what i think Jeff would look like after attacking his 'first' victim. and of course if you don't know as the story went on Jeff gets into a little bit of a fight a a so called birthday party. The out come was that Jeff killed his opponent and so on and then Jeff ended up in the hospital and then he turned into what you see on the right side of the picture.
