Here's something about a boring type of guy.I see violet lights, I see violet lights
I see him compromise everytime
the lights get too politicized, and die.
Can't like a good person
Can't like a nice person
Can't find it in me to
rescript a different version
He is good 'n' calm 'n' sweet 'n' that is
all the better to hate him with.
Couldn't be falling for a better witch
pity she
won't be falling with him
This is a golden opportunity wasted
and a perfected, perfunctory language
eviscerated.
And all because of: Violet's light
refusing to be a victim to anyone else's life
refusing to be looked after because it makes it all
alright,
refusing to trade his version over mine
refusing to look at these refusals -
and refusing to revise.
Hating him because I'd have to reitterate
Spell it out for him lyk W T F R U L8?
Hating that he loves a girl
who'd die in violet violence
eschewing
the tendency to
abbreviate.
Aversions; aversions in the violet dark-
One: a Terrifying way to start.
Two: a less than convincing mirthless laugh.
His beige that overwhelms
my violent violet halves.
And I just can't even find the poetry
to explain
his big, blank heart.

This is such a yummy, jam packed and amazing piece. It runs so beautiful in my head, it's like I could read it over and over from top to bottom, mix up the stanzas and it would still make absolute sense. I love it!
