Lv. 10-15 Rattata that is equipped with focus sash.
It knows growl, tail whip, endeavor, and quick attack.
First round it gets hit is almost always going to kill it but because of focus sash it survives with 1hp. Then it uses endeavour to instantly reduce the enemy's health to 1hp. Second round it interrupts with a quick attack strike, instantly fainting the enemy and winning.
Almost guaranteed to work on any foe that doesn't see this coming.
