truly incredible....I bought illustrator yesterday and am now trying to get a hang of how to create amazing skin like that...how do you make the layered shadows in the skin? the closest thing i got so far was using the blend option between the lightest and darkest areas, but it doesn't look right!!

Wow, I really like the effect you got on this one. The eyes are awesome.
My only thing would be that the bottom eyelashes should only be about half their length.
