This picture looks a lot like a painting or drawing. Its because of the light. I really like it though, nice effect you added (if not you did a great shot).
I might even want to use this picture as a resource for my drawing if you dont mind. No worries i will refer back to your account. Let me know if you disagree though ^^ but its a really special yet simple picture.

I used the original light of the photo, and I made an Old-looking first, then I re-saturated colors...
After what I added a light bokeh texture to underline the glowing light even more...
