I really like this! The anime is so cute and amazing. ;u; ♥
I adore the way you colored it- and your general knowledge of anatomy is shown here as well (sorta sketchy, but it comes with time.) The only thing that pops out for me is the hair, though. It needs to be more flowing and come from a definite source. It would help you a lot if you looked up some general tutorials on that.

It was fun to color! I'm so happy I haven't lost my anatomy edge...it's been so long since I've done any live studies I feel like everything has been losing it's volume/accuracy... It was kinda a speed paint...kinda. It started as a stick person and I put glasses on it...then BAM took a life of it's own~~
That tutorial was really neat too! (I should stop being so lazy with hair...)
