If you have something like a glass window which you can't not have in the shot, you need to find a way to make it work for you so that's what I did. I think it's pretty cool!

Hmm...I hadnt thought of it that way...nice job! I always found that if you get really close to the glass, like have your camera right on top of it, there's no reflection and the camera cant focus on it anyway. So next time if you cant find something in the reflection to make it work...

I did take some shots like that but in this case, I really liked incorporating the glass into the final image. I felt it added a different dimension to the photograph and highlighted the fact that this is a caged animal in a zoo...

Yes..that part always makes me so sad...but at the same time I know that zoos usually are good for breeding and saving endangered species, so I'm always very conflicted...

I like the illusion created by the tree's reflection; that this cat is really asleep in a wild tree--yet it's just in a zoo. Nice! ^-^
