I have not looked at this page all that closely, but I have to admit, she does have the same hair style as Pinkie. Also, on the close up, she's holding the wand that was broken. I don't know how she could fix it, and I have no idea how she'd be able to use magic. Still, perhaps she was motivated into having a magical epic party with Jojo as the special party girl.

Oh and thanks, now I know what color to use on the close up of her face.
