I had a question on an exam once that was "how many colors are in a rainbow?"
a) 7 (red,orange,yellow,green,blue,indigo,violet)
b) 1 (white)
c) infinite
d) 6 (red, orange,yellow, blue,indigo,violet) our teacher was red/green colorblind)
So it was just as much a F*** with us question, except you couldn't get it wrong.

i got the question: What does NOT describe the figure correctly?
a)rhombus
b)quadrilateral
c)parallelogram
d)polygon
and it can't be B or D so i was stuck with A or C.
but it couldn't be either and i spent 10 minutes to finally decide my answer (i chose A DX)

Weird question and answer phrasing is the absolute worst!
I agree, half the time it just feels like thats how teachers get their kicks is by torturing their students.

Uh, I'm too lazy to read all of the comments on this deviation, but I feel like pointing out that none of the answers to that question would be technically correct:
If the answer was A or B, there would be a logical contradiction.
If the answer was C, D, or E, it would contradict the idea that every statement MUST be either true xor false.
If the Question were worded as follows:
"The answer to this question is "False."
A) True
B) False
C) B is the correct answer."
... C would be correct, because the correct answer would not technically be "False," but "B is the correct answer," which also references the state of falsehood.

Kid, I hate to say this, but this is how voting ballets (national and local) are worded now. At least this art has OPTIONS...in the voting booth, they word things to say one thing and mean another, to trap you into voting for what you didn't want. Devious. I stay outta that stuff. I could end up voting in a nuclear waste dump in my back yard. LOL
BYW, LOVE this thing. Faving it.

There was this problem that my teacher gave where you had to figure out how much money was given to the school for selling the choir CDs and how much money did our choir teacher get to spend on neckties. O.o
And the answer was:
*insert # here* for the school, and
NONE FOR THE TEACHER. Why? Because he gets NUTIN'. NADA.
Now how were we, 6th graders shut off from the world, supposed to know that!?

then there are the teachers that make joke answers. Once I had a test where the last answers on all the multiple choice questions were about the Muppet Show xD;; As in: "Which is a cause of the Great Depression? D: To much watching of the Muppet Show" xDDD;;

actually that would be a big problem, but the shouldn't teach in a way that it seems like a only an expert on the subject can comprehend it. T_T they must enjoy watching students suffer.
