Well I know the focus lays on her face/ shoulders, but then if you zoom in the shoulder is already pretty blurred. That part feels kinda... sudden. I'm pretty sure you did what you intended and I'm definitely not an expert on photography, but shouldn't the shoulder be less blur and the blur thus start later in the picture?

Yeah I could tell, but even phones now a days. Crazy quality sometimes. For example, the detail of her face is stunning. Reminds me a lot of an oil painting, one that has some age to it.
