How did I choose them? I used 3 rules to thake the finalists.
-First one was: please say why do you want / deserve the slot.
-Second one was: read the entire journal. I knew it if you didn't ask if about my health. No need to care about it but let know people that you read everything in a journal. (sometimes I put hidded words to know it too)
Once I had people who met those stantards next step->
-Third one was: sincerity,It will sound a little bit corny but I like to follow my feelings when I am reading or talking to people so I did the same in here. Maybe this is a little subjective but I am loyal to my moral principles so, I took some more people to be finalist but I think those I choose were who deserve it.
