Another amazing picture taking by Alucard_Unleashed!! ^0^I quickly photoshopped a BG to give it a more authentic feel *after all Rath is Egyptian XP*
Cosplay is about 90% complete. Will re-wear this in the fall with a much bigger group

Shinglang: Thanks! The series is Mummies Alive * a cartoon that came out in the 90's the same time as Gargoyles* and my character is the serpent guardian Rath. The headpiece is made entirely of cardboard. Most of the armored parts are made of cardboard and I used pieces of thermoplastic to reinforce it

OMG~!! i never comment on deviantart but this.... THIS!! something needed to be said. i LOVED this show when i was a kid (Mummies Alive FTW) <3. you are amazing and the cosplay itself so far is spot on and the armor is looking really good. if you don't mind me asking, how did you go about making the armor?
i think you're the first person (that i've seen) whose cosplayed from this show. you also cosplayed my favorite character (i was in love with rath but nefertina was a close second haha) i'm definitely going to keep tabs for when the entire group gets shown. again this is so amazing!!!
