Why yes, I did finish this already.My entry for the Liechtenstein x Latvia group's Gauken themed contest.
My mind was like =
Liech + Latvia + That really overused anime umbrella scene = slightly cute entry
And I do love how this came out
, besides the lazy background. I can't do backgrounds at all lol 
I don't even know where I was going with the uniforms. I was just like "LOL PURPLE." and these uniforms were born =o=
WHAT IS ANATOMY? Pfft I dunno. Latvia's umbrella hand is like "LOL NOODLE FINGERS" and Liechtenstein's legs are like "LOL NOODLE LEGS." So yeah xD
