Description
The next place was an apartment near the down town area close to the school. Donnie greeted us at the door "The apartment is on the third floor. It's in a corner with a small balcony." I nodded & followed him to the third floor. On the way up we discussed the price of the apartment. It was in the upper mid range of my price point which was nice. Just as Donnie had said apartment 345 was at the end in the corner. Donnie unlocked the door & let us in. There was a small entryway with a closet for coats. Directly beyond that was the living room. The kitchen was separated from the living room by an island bar. I walked around the rooms "I like this place." Donnie smiled "Great!" He pointed down a short hall "The first door in that hall is a bathroom. The other two are bedrooms." Marge stayed with Donnie as I went & explored the rooms.

The bathroom had a vanity and a bathtub-shower thingy. All in all it was nice. The first room I looked at had a simple closet & a large window. The master bedroom had a walk in closet & two large windows. The first overlooked Downtown. The second window overlooked the cemetery. I squealed in delight. You could see Jack's house from the window. Marge burst through the door "What's so exciting?!" I pointed out the window "You can see Jack's house!" Donnie sauntered into the room "I hope it's not a problem." I tilted my head "Problem?" Donnie nodded "Yeah. The view of the cemetery..." I beamed "This place is perfect! I want to place an offer!" Donnie scratched his head "Oh! Wow! Really?" I nodded & Marge sighed "Don't bother asking..." Donnie smiled "The papers are in my van. Follow me."

Donnie chuckled at me as I pranced to his van. I did a happy dance as he handed me the papers "Sign here, here, here, initial here, & sign here." I did as instructed "How long before I know if it's mine?" Donnie smiled "It will be anywhere from a week to three days." I grinned "Cool! I'm going to go tell Jack! Sorry to run out on you Marge!" Marge grinned "It's fine. Just don't forget about dinner tonight." I nodded & gave her a hug before running off. I slowed down when my stomach growled "Oh damn! If I'm hungry..." I stopped in a Dominos & ordered a sausage & pepperoni pizza. Just the way I like it. As I waited I called my mom. I grinned when she answered "Mommie!" She laughed "Hi!" I did a little dance "I found the perfect place!" She squealed lightly "Great! Tell me about it." I sat down in a chair "It's an apartment overlooking a cemetery." My mom gasped "A cemetery? Who's the boy?" I tilted my head "Boy?" She set a cup down "Yes! There must be a boy." I sighed "OK! His name is Jack O'Lantern. He's so hansom! I'll send you a picture later. OH! One more thing!" She yawned "Yes?" I snickered "You lost the game!" she growled as I hung the phone up.

When my pizza was ready & payed for I left for Jack's house. Once I was outside I ran to the cemetery. I was to excited to walk! I saw Grim & those kids walking in my direction. With a light growl I ran into a back alley. The alley was short & dark. I was almost surprised when I didn't get attacked. It took me five minutes to reach the rusted gate to the cemetery. I made sure not to slam it as I ran through. I thought if I did I would break it. I stopped for a moment before running up the hill. It took me another five minutes to get to the top.
