Done using 2b mech pencil.Adjusted and blurred using adobe photoshop cs2.
all in all, about 4 hours...
I just copied the pose and the costume from one of Hiro Suzuhira's works. But this is my original character.

UGWAHAHHHH~~~~!!!!! XO SOOO BEAUTIFUL!!!! I can never do pencil work cause I smudge all over the place with my hand! >< Not even meaning too!!! XO CURSES!!! But this is very nice!!!

Try putting a small piece of cloth or a handkie under your palm while sketching. This'll reduce the smudges on your drawing. If you know how to use photoshop or GIMP, you can adjust and remove unnecessary dirt and smudges.
