4.Zuko is capable of redemtion.Draco is not(those who think he is are really mad ficwriters).
5.Zuko treats his friends as equals.Draco thinks of his friends as of his servants.
6.Zuko can fight without bending(by using swords).Draco can only run away if he doesn't have a wand.
7.Zuko's dad is the №1 baddie in the story.Draco's dad is just the same cowardly nobleman as his son.
8.In the beginning,Zuko is an uncertain person with a struggle in his soul,while Draco is just a proud,cowardly and bratty(in a lack of a better word) aristocrat.In the end,Zuko is an ex-villain,who found peace after becoming good,while Draco is still a proud,cowardly and bratty aristocrat.
9.Zuko foollows his heart.Draco follows his fears.
10.In the end of A:TLA,Zuko becomes a Fire Lord.In the end of HP,Draco is still a proud,cowardly,bratty aristocratic ferret.

I just wanted to say here that I agree with you 100%. One of the reasons Zuko is my favorite character from ATLA is because he is brave, strong, hard working, determined, compassionate, and he never ever ever gives up without a fight. He goes from the angsty anti-villain to a real great hero and role model. He turned his life around and did the right thing. I really admire his strength and courage and ability to turn his life around and do what is right despite how he has been raised and taught his whole life.
Draco I have never liked and never will like. He is cowardly, proud, bratty, and utterly spoiled. He is a bully through and through and gets his kicks by ganging up on weaker people (whether it be in strength, station, or something else) but runs away when any real fighting needs to take place. He is utterly selfish and has had everything handed to him since birth, including the love and adoration of his parents as a true Malfoy heir. He had no backbone and He doesn't work for anything. I, to be quite honest, find myself utterly disgusted with him. He is just a rotten, lousy, no good person, no offense to Draco fans.
And I know houses do not necessarily say everything about person, for instance Azula is a textbook Slytherin but she works very hard and does not expect anything less than the absolute best com herself and is also extremely brave (it takes one hell of a nerve to pull off even half of what she does and she's only fourteen), but lets just take a look for a second.
Malfoy is: ambitious, pure blood and proud of it, focused on numero uno, and those are actually the only key Slytherin characteristics he possesses because he is not determined (except to make others' lives miserable) he is not particularly cunning or sly.
Zuko is: hardworking, determined, brave, loyal, compassionate, stubborn, impulsive, clever (when he isn't stuck up on thinking himself and idiot), and tends to jump into things and think with his heart and not necessarily his brain. Zuko is a Hufflepuff at heart with a very Gryffindor personality or at least way of operating.
Now this should probably say something.
Sorry for that really long shpeal just to agree with you, but I do and I kinda had to get that off my chest. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who sees this.

That' s okay. I also wanted to add that for those that say Draco just had wrong conditions, Sirius had them as well. He was also behaved in a pureblood bratty family, but in the end he argued with his family and left them. Draco instead became a true heir of his parents. I want to show it doesn' t matter what conditions we have, we can still partually save the good side( Sirius, though, had some issues in his character, but I guess we should blame it on the background and 12 years in Azkaban) .
