Yeah, they are incredibly expensive if you buy a really big set as well.

Yeah, I know what you mean. Although I think it suits the style.

I need to get a big set of grayscale Derwents, cuz a drawing of Jim Morrison I did (which I've been trying to upload for the past hour) was done with a variety of different pencils, which made an uneven effect on the picture. So I wanna get one brand, that will leave a uniform texture, if you know what I mean.

Derwents are just so expensive though...

Mmh, I got it Yeah, pencils are'nt cheap, but it's worth it. Don't by the cheap ones, it's no good deal! You pay for quality you know - sry, but that's the way it is, annoying

haha, I know the feeling! I'm poor somewhat all the time, but in need of pens and ink ect. yeah, I like to think of it as one big game - lots of barrieres and gamers, but you might get jackpot!
