Species rules:
- nyffix must be credited for the species creation.
- The designer of a Braided Tail must be credited.
- Don't make one without permission.
- You can use a species under the Braided Tail group umbrella outside of its lore: Braided Tails, Flower Tops, Dorses, and species to follow.

Payment

- All payments in USD must be made through Paypal under the form of an invoice.
- Once claimed, the payment must be sent within 48 hours.
- Failure to pay will result in a warning and not being considered in auctions.
- I do not hold designs for more than the 48 hours.
- Once a design is claimed, I will ask for your paypal email to send an invoice. This is the only way I will accept money. If you send money through other means, the sum will be refunded.
- Files and rights to the character will only be given to the buyer (excluding their species tos, but make sure you read their general tos)

TOS:

♥ Credit me for the design and species (kindoflame on TH)
♥ you cannot make your own without permission
♥ Colour changes/hair/gender are all OK
♥ Torso pattern changes must be run by me first, you cannot add anything onto your faun (anatomy-wise) Without explicit consent from me
♥ You may gift/trade/resell(only for what you paid for unless it comes with extra COMMISSIONED art)
♥ Personal use ONLY
♥ Buyers will have 24 hours to send the payment upon the invoice being sent
♥ There are no refunds! Buyers are aware of what they're receiving beforehand and are aware that this is a digital product that will not be shipped.
