“Ok so that’s about ten minutes.” Carrie stated as they walked back to the living room.
As they headed back she noticed something odd about the room, that Tim seemed indifferent about, just placed directly at the previously bare, back end of the room..
“What the hell …” Carrie muttered catching sight of the long red box. “… That wasn’t there when we left.”
“Oh no my Dad put it there.” Tim calmly explained. “He’s doing the sawing a woman in half trick tonight & he always makes the sawing box disappear at the end It winds up back here, but he wants to make sure we’re out of the way when it appears.”
“Wait what, appearing boxes, sawing women in half, is your Dad a magician?” A flustered Carrie questioned.
“Well yeah , I thought you knew?” Tim asked.
“No, if I knew your Dad was a magician, I wouldn’t have worn tartan sweat pants.” Carrie answered.
