Sick have few different meanings in English language. Sick e.g. ("Your work is sick dude!") - Same as like, your works is amazing! . Sick also often used as a word for your inner feelings e.g. ("Oh, I am sick today") - Means that I am feeling bad today, not well etc. Hope you got me
