I love the fact, that you can discover so many details in the dark areas on second sight like the squiggly symbol in the middle and the o`s or 0`s(?) on the left side, which seem to be drippin on the heart. Like ~DaggerEyes said, it builds a bridge to the "Jack the Ripper" times.
The heart looks like you had stabbed in it before, then pulled the knife back and now it`s "exploding" (i can`t find another word for that) from the impact...
I hope the poor guys leg is better now...

...I was waving the knife around, stabbing a baby doll I purchased as a b-day gift for ~DemonazFoodCake , for just that purpose, stabbing. We were all taking turns on the doll, & come my turn, I couldn't see because not only was I wearing ~FreeTheCows 's perscription glasses, but also a magnification attachment on them seen here: [link] ...Kevin happned to be too close to me...and into the leg it goes

The "heart" and the mantlepiece-type object in the top left make it look very Edwardian, nice theme. The rest is awesomely bizzare and scary. XD Nice piece of art.
