Thanks, Whitney! Actually I use almost exclusively Photoshop for photomanip. This piece for instance was mostly based on my vast collection of classical pinup pics, that I absolutely love

Really?? That's all I use, and I can never seem to get that nice, painterly quality to my stuff. I have a hard time with my existing pics trying to create more softened edges. I've only been using it about a year now, though, so am sure it takes practice.

I really like the title you chose for this, it works well with the excitement happening around her and I love the door to her pumpkin, it seems like such a jumping off point for a whole story, well done creating a scene with such creative depth, it was fun to see all the little added details

It was especially much fun to create this one as it had gone through gazillion phases during the process; I had so many ideas in the "let's make a pumpkin house" theme that had hard time to eliminate some of them. However, those pin-ups sneaked back again, I could not prevent them
