Bio:
Kurt Wagner is the product of a love affair between two mutants. His mother was the terrorist Mystique, and his father is the Neyaphem warlord, Azazel.When Nightcrawler was born, the townsfolk were horrified his demonic appearance, Azazel would gave him to his servant, Margali Szardos. Margali took him in and raised him along with her real children at the Bavarian circus. Kurt had amazing agility and soon his mutant abilities of teleportation would manifest. Because of these gifts, he did acrobat shows for the circus audience, while people assumed it was a man in a costume. After a performance gone wrong, Kurt quit the circus and headed to Germany. Kurt struggled to be accepted by society at large, as well as by other mutants. Later on, Professor X arrived in time to save Kurt from being killed by an angry mob and offered him a chance to join the X-Men. Kurt becomes a valued member of the X-Men and has gone on many missions since joining the team.
