I saw Black Rock Shooter a few months back. I'm not a fan (heck I don't even know what it is) of Vocaloid but between the movie and this, I'm hooked. Nice a work. If you have a tutorial on how to color like this, I'd love to know of it. I'm just now learning Photoshop for the first time and I really want to get better.

Just because she has a different appearance doesn't mean BRS isn't a Vocaloid; she still uses the same voice data as Miku. Even fan-made characters like Haku and Neru are still under Vocaloid.

No, because she isn't a vocaloid, nor a fan made vocaloid, she never sings. The BRS song is sung BY miku, ABOUT BRS, not BY BRS at all.
BRS is a artwork/character by the artist Huke, who does the illustrations for supercell, the band/group Ryo (who made the song) belongs to.

I agree with *RC-MANGA . Hands are a bit big, and feet a tad bit small. I know she's in heels, but... Dunno. Maybe it's the perspective on the back (her left) foot that make it appear that way.
Personally, i'd like to see a bit of thong strap come out of those shorts, and I prefer your original (shot 1 and 2) hair style, instead of the pony tails...
Still, it's amazing, and I love it.
