It's from an episode of American Dad where Stan and the family visit his half-brother Rusty's home.  Roger is trying to get drunk, and he screams about Sammy Hagar's Yeagermeister, "it's Hagarmeister!" he pops it open, and out of nowhere comes a voice shouting: "YEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAH BAAAAAAAAAAAABY!" in the very same manner that Ibrahim did here.

My all-time favorites have to be the Christmas battle royale, the Illuminutti, and.....you know, I had it on the tip of my tongue, but it slipped my mind. I hate it when that happens!

Oh, I remembered! It was Ollie North's Gold, I always lose it when Stan kicks in the door, sets down the box, reveals the gold, and flips everyone off as he leaves, then popping back on to give everyone each an additional middle finger (the censor actually made it even funnier)
