You know, that is really nice concept you have going there, but the pose is a little off. If it was tweaked a little bit to show a slight turn at the waist it would look far more natural.
Basically, from her coccyx to her neck the spine should have a continuous, gentle twisting curve and you'll have a really sexy and natural look.
