It came with MMDCharizards model. I'm using blender so maybe that has something to do with it?

Thanks. So, how do I use it?

You drag it to your desktop, but make sure it's the zip file and not a folder. Then go to Blender, file, user preferences, and at the bottom corner click install form file and select the zip. Now look up mmd tools and check it then save user settings. When you load your model, you'll see a plus sign in the center. Delete it, then go the armature in the box in the corner where you see everything and click the eye.

Basically a model may have a skeleton made of small blocks or other basic shapes. It helps keep the form of the model so animating it doesn't make the model go all funny. This tutorial should explain it:

Blender's free, lol.
There's also Maya and 3DS Max, both of which have student versions; they're free for 3 years. u3u
