Description
I had a whole lot of free time today and I wanted to spend it on making another Pokemon pic! This here is the dragon Pokemon, Rayquaza. I decided to take another route on coloring him in but, since my version of Photoshop is is not even close to being as good as the CS3 or CS2 versions he didn't come out EXACTLY the way I wanted him to but, i'm actualy very proud of it.

I tried to make him more realistic looking by removing the black lineart and doing a lot of soft cel shading and highlighting. I would imagine him to be pretty shiny and smooth. Lastly I added a nice sky background for him to fly in, how he can fly is kinda a mystery to me. He's twisting up in the sky, he seems like a very flexible type of Pokemon. So I really hope you like it, I worked like ALL day on it. ^_^
