Description
In monster land, there exist a place made of nothing but toxic waste and garbage.This place is called *Dramatic pause* the "toxic wasteland".
Also, it's called Captain Planet's own piece of heck, but that doesn't matter.
Blob Man here happens to rule that area with an iron fist. Well...More like a slimey...fat...blob-y fist. And by rule, I mean owns a huge conglomerate in that area.
Ahhh...well...Here he is.
