Personality:

Harp is a friendly, upbeat, and hard to get down kinda guy! That paired with his immense urge to make everyone happy at any given turn... Is a terrible combo.
He would practically do anything you asked him to do, even if it physically hurt him, even if it killed him... He'd do it, if it made you happy.

Unless prompted by me myself and I, you will not be able to see him sad or frowning, even if you beat him up, you'll see a plastered Smile saying "we can talk it out" or making a joke about how funny this is and "you got him good"... Physically frail, emotionally indestructible.

History:

Hails from the magical city of Arcanoth, a widely known city, floating in the sky above most everything, where some of the most well known witch schools reside, witch schools that Harp, didn't attend! Instead, he was granted admission to the most well know of them from as early as he can remember, he was adopted into the school of the Almighty one, a infinitely large building where to no surprise, The Almighty One trains and raises his pupils. The academy is the landmark of the city, and resides as a giant towering building in the center of it all, and with it's impressive imprint on this world, it also comes with it's impressive secrets~

Such as the fact that Harp's batch of pupils was considered faulty to The Almighty One's staff... Some of them quit, some of them were a struggle to teach, and some of them couldn't take the pressure... But Uno (The Almighty one) still saw potential in all of them, and those who completed their tests of worth, were granted their Witch Amulets and titles, Harp include! Those who didn't graduate were given a special Ribbon and encouraged to stay in Uno's care and continue their lessons, to the dismay of the staff...

Upon his graduation, Harp was given the Title, The Unbreakable Witch, which soon laughed in Harp's face as he was granted his Amulet... A powerful curse was imbedded in the amulet itself, infecting the very magic entering his being... His body became much more frail, his fire mastery going so out of control that Uno was forced to remove all traces of fire magic in his body, lest Arcanoth fall off the map from the damage it caused in just one burst... His blessings even became like double edged swords, injuring Harp's own self just to be used on someone else...

Potentially worst of all though? His image was ruined... From Uno's star student, and a helper to all... Harp's reputation plummeted to "Needs help", even to the point where he was given a birthday hat by the staff, so everyone knew to celebrate everyday... Incase it was his last.

His days have been spent with Uno mostly, the only person who treats him like more than a defenseless little kid, that's who he want's to be when he grows up... Someone who looks for more than the cover, and doesn't let your damage define you... That's who he want's to be.

Harp is currently living in Oyster City with Uno for business, apparently he had something come up that required his attention immediately? Either way, Harp is stoked to meet some new people, and maybe run into some former role-models...

Powers:

- Strong Water/Ice Manipulation and creation, he's been practicing this element extremely hard and is the best at it.
- Weak Earth Abilities, he has a normal amount of control of these, but they are very low power since he majored in Water and Fire.
- Out of control Fire Manipulation and creation (Dormant) Used to have extremely powerful fire as a witch, but the power was stripped by Uno for the safety of Harp and everyone around him.
- Cursed Blessings: Ironic right? As stated prior, Harp's blessings come out fine on whoever they're cast on, with repercussions for him. These can range from curses upon him, bodily injuries, and potentially death depending on the blessing...
- "Soul Prison" Magic item: The crystals hanging from his staff are made from a very special gem harvested and crafted in the frosted peaks of Calista Village, these crystals are fashioned for powerful magic users and body guards of important people, they have the ability to trap someone inside [With consent] a void like prison.
- Can talk to Familiars: Can speak and understand the language of Familiars, thank you perma smart mouth!

Other:

- Despite his magic inclined illness, heals wounds and minor injuries fairly quickly.
- Is immune to any form of healing magic, he has to heal naturally or with normal medicine and bandages.
- Can walk without his staff, it's just nice for days he's feeling exceptionally weak.
- His staff is his wand and can shrink into a wand~
- prefers warm beverages over cold, but likes practically any drink you serve him.
- Has a deep understanding of history and language, if you can name it, he can probably speak it!
- Party hats no more, he threw it away.
- Doesn't necessarily trust Uno's staff... But you didn't hear that from me.
