Occupation: Former Police Officer

Abilities: No special powers but is experienced in fire arms.

Bio: On his first day as a police officer at Raccoon City the zombie outbreak occurred and since the city was bombed afterwards he had to quit on his first day on the job. He then became a government agent and his current mission is to find the mission president’s daughter; Ashley Graham.

Forward-Medium (Ground Only): Hunting Knife

Leon will basically take out his knife and slashes it downwards which does a few hits and is best used against opponents before using a launcher.

Forward-Heavy (Ground Only): Pistol Shot

Leon will fire a single shot with his pistol that does decent chip damage, domes out fast and reaches fullscreen.

Down-Down-Heavy (Ground Only): Stomp

Leon will simply stomp on the ground to hit the opponent which hits off the ground.

Down-Forward-Light (Can also be done in air): Semi-Automatic Rifle

Leon will bring out a Semi-Automatic Rifle and fires a few rounds that go full screen and causes hit stun on the last hit.

The air version has him aim downwards at an angle which hits overhead but doesn’t do much hits.

Down-Forward-Medium (Can also be done in air): Riot Gun

Leon will bring out a Shot Gun and fires a single round which does a lot of damage causes a hard knockdown but when used against an opponent near the wall it would cause a wall bounce.

In the air Leon will aim this weapon forwards and thus would be useful to use since it also causes a wall bounce if the opponent is near the wall.

Down-Forward-Heavy (Can also be done in air): Broken Butterfly

Leon will bring out a Magum and fires a single round that causes a hard knockback and a wall bounce so this is good against the opponent far from the wall due to the knockback.

In the air Leon will aim this weapon downwards at an angle which hits overhead and causes a ground bounce.

Forward-Down-Forward-Light: Rifle Thrust

Leon will bring out a rifle but instead of firing it he’ll thrust it to the opponents chest which does a single but deadly hit which takes a lot of damage and causes a crumple state afterwards.

Forward-Down-Forward-Medium: Slide Attack

Leon will slide forward which on its own hits off the ground but by pressing Medium again Leon will stay in place while lying on the ground and fires rounds with two pistols at the opponent which has Leon aiming the guns where the opponent is.

Forward-Down-Forward-Heavy: Sprint Attack

Leon will suddenly sprint forward. On it’s own it’s a quick dash that can dodge projectiles with Leon also being able to go behind the opponent afterwards but this move has attacks that can be used during this move and will happen soon as Leon comes into contact with the opponent.

Light: Will simply do a shoulder tackle to the opponent instead of getting behind the opponent which does small damage but causes a hard knockdown.

Medium: Will do a roundhouse kick that causes a wall bounce.

Heavy: Will get behind the opponent and then grabs the opponent by the back of the neck and then does the face crusher attack which causes a ground bounce.

Down-Backward-Light: Bear Trap

Leon will lay a bear trap one the ground that stays on the ground for a short period of time until the opponent lands on top of it which snaps and leaves the opponent trapped for a small period of time.

This attack also hits off the ground. Leon can also lay three of these on screen.

Down-Backward- Medium: Tripwire

Leon will lay a tripwire trap, when the opponent touches it; it’ll immediately explode which causes a hard knockdown.

Down-Backward-Heavy: Falling Boulder

Leon will look up and immediately steps back as a boulder will drop on the ground in front of him. It hits overhead and causes a ground bounce.

Down-Forward-Attack Button X2: Stryker

Leon will bring out the Stryker shotgun and says “Eat this!” he’ll then fire six shots from this attack, each shot does only one hit but does tons of heavy damage. After six shots Leon will quickly reload and fires six more rounds.

Down-Backward-Attack X2: Quick Shot

Leon will bring out another pistol and says “Can you dodge this?” as he suddenly starts firing rounds from both pistols at once. First firing straight forward one the ground which causes the opponent to be knocked into the air.

Leon will then roll forward to lie onto the ground and shoot at the launched opponent before suddenly bringing out a Mine Launcher to stick a bomb to the opponent and then stands up to jump back and fires a single shot at the mine on the opponent to make the opponent explode and thus ending the super.

Forward-Down-Forward-Attack X2 (Level 3): Rocket Launcher

Leon will say “Time to go out with a bang!” as he throws a grenade. If it connects a cutscene will occur.

The opponent will be knocked from the explosion as Leon then suddenly rushes forward and says “But first a little of this!” as he shoulder tackles the opponent followed by a roundhouse kick, he’ll then bring out two pistols and fires both at the same time while saying “And this!”, then bringing out an incendiary grenade and throws it at the opponent to get caught up in pool of fire (which does multiple hits) as he says “And this!” before bringing out the Rocket Launcher and says “Now it’s time for you to go!” as he fires a single shot at the opponent which causes a massive explosion and doesn’t instant heavy damage.
The super ends here.
